The Miniature Conveyor part number begins with the four or five letter Part Type code (example: CVSA). MISUMI offers 10 different types of Miniature Conveyors. The belt width or pitch in a dual track layout is defined in 10mm increments (example: 300) followed by the belt length in 5mm increments (ex: 1000). The motor output in watts is then defined (example: 15). The motor voltage will start with "TA" for a single-phase, international standard motor, or "SA" for a three-phase, international standard motor, followed by the voltage rating (example: TA115). If a variable speed motor and speed controller is required, this is followed by SCM, otherwise a simple induction motor will have the code IM (example: SCM). The gear head ratio follows (example: 11.5). This ratio will determine the speed of the motor and belt. For a variable speed motor, the speed rating will be the maximum, where the speed can be set from 0 up to the maximum. If applicable, the Flat Belt type will be selected last.

MISUMI has released 11 new Miniature Conveyors into our conveyor product line, including Stainless Steel Belt conveyors. In addition are sleek, new aluminum frame and cover conveyors, and the new full-width belt conveyors. These additions to the line feature a flat belt that extends to the end of the frame. Another new product is the flat belt conveyor with a distinctive crosspiece groove design to prevent belt wandering. They are available as end-shaft or center-driven conveyors.

In addition to new conveyor styles, MISUMI has released new conveyor components. Available now is a stand which includes a crossbar between the two legs for additional support. Also new are round guide rails as an alternative to the L-shaped rails, as well as the brackets necessary for mounting.

MISUMI now offers 11 different types of conveyors from Flat Belt to Timing Belt styles, Single Track or Dual Track, End Shaft driven to Center Drive to Built-in Drive. They can be configured with widths to 300mm and lengths to 3,000mm. There are 11 different Flat Belts options including General Purpose, Slidng, Inclined Application, Oil-resistant and Electronic Parts Conveyor. International standard Panasonic motors are included. The single-phase induction motors are offered with a voltage of 100, 115, or 100V. Three-phase induction motors are available with a voltage of 100, 110 or 130V. The three-phase induction motors can be upgraded to a single-phase variable speed induction motor, which includes a speed controller.
