This unprecedented variety in materials and surface treatments is leading to alternative and interchangeable usages. You can choose from 9 different metals and 4 different surface treatments. 10 different resin materials are available as well.
Precision washers are surface finished up to an Ra of 1.6µ, offering an extremely smooth surface and high precision thickness. Tight machining tolerances combined with a wide range of thicknesses and lengths allow engineers to use washers as spacers and spacers as collars.
In addition, our collars have new alterations available for increased configurability. Inner and outer diameter tolerances can be improved up to H7. Chamfering and tapering can be cut at 15, 10,30, 45 and 60 degree angles. Set screw holes can be added at specific positions. Inner diameter coarse and fine tapping are new options. A lengthwise slit can be applied for tough fitting situations.
