New Products for Misumi Automation Components

More than 90,000 companies receive our catalogs each year.

Misumi has successfully globalized the Automation Components Business. Our catalogs are now issued in 10 regions, each in their local languages: Japan, Europe, North America, China, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and Thailand. The catalogues contain approximately 500,000 fixed and configurable mechanical components and other products for enhanced factory automation. These components are typically used in linear motion, rotary motion, power transmissions and general machine building applications. Misumi catalogs include more than 6,000 new products, as well as more than 3,000 products with additional sizes and material compositions, each year.

Nearly all these new products are the results of extensive market research and customer interviews, as Misumi seeks to combine its engineering skills to the needs of its many and growing market segments.

Coupling / High Rigidity Disk Type

"We want couplings with maximum permissible torque and no backlash!" In order to meet our customers' needs, we started developing couplings for high torque applications.

Features
Can be used with servo motors, the product have maximum torque of at 200N-m. Shaft diameter can be selected from 6 variations, from 25mm to 45mm.

You can select from 9 combinations of Clamping Keyless Type / Clamping Type / Key Groove Hope Type for each of the right and left ends/

Notes
When using servo motors, coupling with capacity with five Ð ten times of the motor is needed and this was always where our customers were agonized. Please do try ours and see the real performance of maximum torque of 200N-m.
