1. OFFER: Try $25 of MISUMI components for FREE – Through September 30, 2008 at 11:59, p.m. CT a company that has never placed an order with MISUMI USA, Inc. can choose any combination of MISUMI Factory Automation (FA) components up to $25 USD in value and place the order through the MISUMI web ordering system and in the special instructions include promotional code TRY425 and in doing so will receive the order at $0 cost including any shipping and handling fees. This offer is good for MISUMI USA, Inc. Factory Automation components only.The order can not exceed $25 USD in value to be eligible for this offer. This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: The participant must place the order through a company that has never placed an order for factory automation components with MISUMI USA, Inc. The order must be placed using the MISUMI USA, Inc. web ordering system and the promotional code TRY425 must be placed in the special instructions of the order. MISUMI USA, Inc. is the Sponsor of this offer. Any submitted entries deemed invalid by Sponsor will not be eligible for the offer. Other considerations for validity will include but are not limited to legitimate contact information for the participant and the participant not being a current customer of the Sponsor. All decisions are final. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer in whole or in part at any time during the Offer.

3. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a legal resident of the U.S. or Canada residing in one of the fifty (50) U.S. States or the District of Columbia or one of the ten (10) Canadian Provinces or three (3) territories throughout the Offer period. To be eligible you also must enter at the www.misumiusa.com web site and have a complete postal mailing address (street/city/state/zip code). Employees of the MISUMI Group, Inc. and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, suppliers, printers and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and the immediate family members of such employees (parent, child, sibling, spouse) and persons living in the same household as such employees (whether related or not) are not eligible.

4. GENERAL: Offer is subject to the state laws of the State of Illinois and the federal laws of the United States. All disputes shall be settled and solved exclusively at the Cook County Courts or at other forums as agreed to by the Sponsor. No substitution for the offer is offered, no transfer of offer to a third party is permitted, and non-cash offers may not be redeemed for cash value. Any difference between stated approximate value of prize and actual value of the offer will not be awarded. Offer participant will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize.

5. CONDUCT: These Official Rules are accessible from the Web Site throughout the Offer Period. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the ordering process or the operation of the Offer or the Web Site; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. 6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Offer; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Offer; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the Web Site or any combination thereof, or; (e) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Offer or download any materials in the Offer. If, for any reason, the Offer is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer in whole or in part.

7. INDEMNITY, DISCHARGE AND RELEASE: You shall indemnify, hold harmless, discharge and release the Sponsor, its affiliates and subsidiaries, its directors, officers and employees from and against any loss, damages, liability or responsibility, demand and request, suits or other legal proceedings, costs, charges and expenses, injuries and other incidents as happens to the Entry Participant, arising out of, or in connection with, the offer. All such indemnity, et al, should include, without limitation, all the reasonable attorneys’ fees and other relevant consecutive damages.

8. PARTICIPANT RELEASES: All participants, as a condition of entry into the Offer, agree to release MISUMI Group, Inc. and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, distributors, suppliers, printers, distributors and advertising, promotional or judging agencies, from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with: accessing the Web Site or Offer page; submitting an order or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Offer; the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded; preparing for, participating in or traveling to and/or from any offer-related activity, or; any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of any offering. Except for residents of TN and where prohibited by law, participants grant to Sponsor the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known (including without limitation use online at the Web Site) the winner’s name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor.
